Mushroom Harvest ships UPS Ground within the continental United States. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

Due to varying shipping costs outside of the continental U.S., we have transitioned those orders to our in-house Customer Service team. For assistance, give them a call at 360-452-4258 or email info@mushroomharvest.com.

Retail Products

Customer satisfaction is our goal. We want you to be happy with the products you purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return the product for a replacement or a credit. Please notify us within 30 days of purchase to receive a credit for the purchase price. Please let us know in advance so you can obtain a return authorization number. We will gladly accept returns caused by our error. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of goods.

Wholesale Bulk Products:

Bulk sizes (5kg+) are considered custom orders and as such, are not refundable or exchangeable. Pre-order samples are available, upon request. All shortage or damage claims must be reported within 7 days of receipt of goods.

Shortages

Please report shortages within 7 days of receipt of goods.

Damages

Please report damaged goods immediately and save the original packaging if a claim is filed.
