At Mushroom Harvest, we are very committed to producing mushroom powders of the highest quality possible. To accomplish this, we are involved in every step of the process from cultivation to processing. We grow, harvest, and process all of the mushrooms used in our products at our Certified Organic farm and laboratory in the USA and do not use any imported mushrooms in any products.
Along with carefully selecting our strains and optimizing growing times, we safeguard our fungal strains against senescence and changes over time by carefully tracking and monitoring each successive generation of growth. By favoring the youngest cultures, closest to the original strains and limiting generations, we support the ongoing vitality of our genetics. To verify quality, each batch is sent to a third party analytical laboratory for testing.
In addition to taking steps to ensure quality, we also steam-process all mushroom products at our in-house facility. We cultivate the mycelium and fruiting bodies of 14 varieties including Agarikon, Blazei, Chaga, Cordyceps, Lion's Mane, Maitake, Mesima, Oyster, Poria, Reishi, Shiitake, Suehirotake, True Tinder, and Turkey Tail, and provide all of these varieties in the form of steam-processed mushroom powders.
